New week, Fresh Start | #1

When someone says to you, thank you that really helped, don't you feel good about yourself? Does it make you feel like a great person? Well it does for me and I would really like to share with you why.

When secondary school came, it was a big shock me, and it did knock my self confidence. I felt overpowered by all the older children (obviously I wasn't the only one!) I was getting worried that I wouldn't hand in homework on time or that teachers expected too much from me and I wouldn't be able to accomplish that. It's like a door being accidentally slammed in your face - not that anyone could relate - but its sudden, not meant to be like that and surprising. However, one night I was laying in bed and said to myself, why are you scared of something that's going to happen if it won't happen because you won't try? I realized that I shouldn't be scared at a place that is safe, they can't tell us off if we don't achieve what they set us. I wasn't going to be worried anymore.

So, I did this and I actually felt good, even if I didn't reach my goal. But the thing is, if you can teach yourself to make you be heard you can teach others too. This doesn't have to being school it could be anywhere, after school clubs, team events etc. I just want you to finish reading this post and tell your self that there is no such saying as I'm a nobody, because no one needs to be told that, even by themselves.
And that's a fact.
